About Inbox3
Email was supposed to help us.
Somewhere along the way, it didn't.
We're a small, independent team building a smarter inbox — one that respects your time and puts you back in control of your morning.
The Problem
The average professional spends 28% of their workday on email
Every morning, you open your inbox to a wall of unread messages. Newsletters you forgot you subscribed to. Automated alerts that need no action. Marketing emails disguised as urgent. Somewhere buried in the noise are the 3–5 emails that actually need you today — but finding them takes 45 minutes you don't have.
Existing tools give you more filters, more folders, more rules to manage. They shift the burden without reducing it. You end up managing your email management system.
We thought: what if your inbox could just tell you what matters?
Our Mission
Surface what matters. Skip the rest.
Inbox3 uses AI to scan your inbox every morning and surface only the emails that genuinely need your attention. Not a summary. Not a chatbot bolted on top. A daily digest of the 3–10 messages that matter most, ranked by urgency, sender importance, and your own patterns.
Over time, the system learns who you reply to, what you ignore, and what you mark as noise. It gets smarter with every interaction — quietly, without you having to configure anything.
Our goal is simple: give you back your morning. Open your digest, handle what matters, and move on with your day knowing nothing critical slipped through.
What We Believe
Principles that guide us
Your data is yours
We read your email metadata to rank importance. We never store full email bodies, sell your data, or train models on your content. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Less is more
We don't add features for the sake of it. Every screen, every button exists because it helps you spend less time in email, not more.
AI as assistant, not replacement
AI picks the candidates. You make the decisions. We show our reasoning so you can correct the system and teach it your priorities.
Built in the open
We're a small team, bootstrapped, and building in public. No VC pressure to grow at all costs. Just a product we want to exist in the world.
