Stop scrolling
120 emails.
Start with the 3
that matter.

Each morning, AI scans your inbox and picks the emails that genuinely need your response. You act on those and move on. The rest stay in Gmail, untouched.

Pro members can surface up to 10 items per digest.

The problem

The problem isn't
your inbox.
It's the decisions.

You don't have 120 emails to answer. You have 120 emails to evaluate. “Does this need me right now?” — asked 120 times before lunch — is what drains you.

The morning scroll

You open Gmail. 120 new emails. You start scanning subjects, mentally sorting: skip, skip, maybe, skip... 40 minutes later you've "read" your inbox but haven't acted on anything.

The unread anxiety

Even after scanning, the feeling lingers. Did I miss something? So you scroll again at 2pm. And 5pm. Each check pulls you out of focused work.

The one you missed

A client followed up three days ago. You saw it, mentally flagged it, then it got buried under 300 new messages. Not because you didn't care — because email has no priority layer.

How it works

Three steps. One minute to set up.

Works with your existing Gmail or Outlook. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate.

Connect your Email

Link Gmail with one click. We use read-only access, so your inbox stays exactly as it is.

AI scans each morning

Every morning, AI analyzes your inbox — who's writing, what they need, and how urgent it is.

Act on your essentials

Open your digest — 3 items by default, up to 10 with Pro. Reply, snooze, or mark done. The AI learns over time.

Early access

From early beta testers

Feedback from beta users during early access. Names shortened for privacy.

I used to spend 45 minutes scanning my inbox before I could start real work. Now I open Inbox3, handle 3 things, and I'm done before my coffee gets cold.

Head of Product

The AI surfaced a time-sensitive investor follow-up I'd completely missed in the noise. I would not have seen it until it was too late.

M

Solo founder

I was skeptical about "only 3 emails." But that constraint is the whole point — it forces the AI to be selective, not just fast.

What makes it good is what you stop doing — scrolling, context switching, worrying about what you missed. I check email once a day now.

P

Priya M.

Operations Director

I get 200+ emails a day. After a week of using it, the digest was already surfacing the right things. Genuinely impressed by how fast it learns.

First product that made me spend less time on email instead of just reorganizing it. I stopped doom-scrolling my inbox.

FAQ

Every question you're about to ask

Is it safe to give Inbox3 access to my Gmail?

Yes. We use the gmail.readonly scope — we literally cannot send, delete, or modify any email. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 via AWS KMS. We never store email bodies — content is processed in memory and discarded.

What if the AI misses an important email?

Your regular inbox stays untouched — Inbox3 is additive, not a replacement. We surface your top essentials, but you can always check Gmail directly. Every interaction trains your personal model to improve over time.

Why only 3 items? What if I need more?

Three is the default because most people have 2-4 genuinely urgent items per day. But if your workflow demands more, Pro lets you raise the limit up to 10 items per digest. You set the number; the AI stays just as selective.

How is this different from Gmail's Priority Inbox?

Priority Inbox reorders your email. You still see everything, still scroll, still decide. Inbox3 makes the decision for you: these are the emails that need you right now. No scrolling, no deciding.

What happens after the founding member spots are gone?

Pro pricing goes to $8/mo. Founding members keep $5/mo for life as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the founding price expires.

Can I delete all my data?

Yes. One-click account deletion from settings permanently removes everything — account, connections, digests, sender scores. Zero retention, no questions asked.

Does it work with Outlook?

Gmail is supported today. Outlook support ships with Pro — already in development.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Free works forever with no card required. Pro can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Why I built this

I tracked every email I received for three weeks. Out of 2,847 emails, 212 actually needed me. The rest was noise I was too afraid to ignore. I wasn't spending my mornings reading or replying — I was spending them deciding which emails to read. So I built the thing I wanted: an AI that makes that decision for me.

If that resonates, grab one of the 100 founding spots while they're $5/mo.
